Join us for a lunchtime hatha yoga class where you will enjoy some breath practice, some static and some flowing postures, finishing off with a lovely long relaxation and a reading, leaving you centered and calm for the rest of the day
The group is small and friendly and one to one classes are also available.
Classes are suitable for beginners as well as those who already practice yoga. Classes have a different theme each time, for example, working towards a specific pose or a wellbeing focus such as stress release.
Classes take place on a Monday and Friday 12 -1 pm via Zoom.
