Join me for fun and engaging yoga practices for women at all stages of life and become part of this community of like-minded women. Prenatal classes focus on you feeling positive, strong and empowered for your upcoming birth and set you up with a range of calming techniques for an active, gentle birth. Join Post Natal classes from 6 weeks to reconnect with your body, stretch out and have fun playing and singing with baby. Normally, we go for lunch together once a month and have a coffee morning, but for the time being we are connecting via WhatsApp :)
The Thursday Women's circles is for anyone wanting to explore the themes of seasons, cycles, nature and how the collective interweaves with the personal. Again, the women have a strong sense of 'togetherness', as we start with a sharing circle and move to intuitive yoga movements.
All classes are being held on Zoom. You can book through my website joeyyoga.co.uk and will be sent the link in your confirmation of booking email or through MoveGB where you will need to log in and then will have access to the link.

Monthly Hypnobirthing courses - my priority is for you to have a calm, confident birth where you understand your choices and feel in control. These courses will continue to be offered through Zoom and you still have my complete support right up until the birth.
