I love supporting people to practice mindfulness. Life can be busy, stressful and complicated, and Mindfulness can be a great antidote to this. I love creating warm, friendly and relaxing spaces where people can take some time to recharge and connect with themselves, others and what is important in life.
During ‘lockdown' I am offering groups (some free) and 1:1’s via Zoom, which you can book via the link below.
